You can see that this is a packed schedule but every day there are a few tests that you can complete to push your business further. Now this is important. Print out this 30 day plan and as you complete each task make sure to check it off. Do that. And by the end of this worksheet you’ll have a full fledged web design business. So in a nutshell this is what we’ll be covering. First an introduction to productize and concepts in creating your business here. We’ll go over some key concepts that we’ll use throughout the course as well as figure out a profitable market to target and how to target that market. Next we’ll talk about finding and serving your first clients. One of the hardest parts about starting a business is getting your first few clients. So we’ll go over some surefire ways to find these clients and sell them even if you don’t have a portfolio yet. Then we’ll talk a little bit more in-depth about marketing and set you up to start generating business through your website. And finally we’ll talk about improving your processes so that you can serve clients faster and more accurately allowing you to scale your business more quickly. And here’s another key to keep in mind don’t try to be perfect even with this course. Mistakes will be made. Some clients will be pissed off. Some of your assumptions about your market will prove to be wrong and that’s all OK.
